****Were you there when they rededicated the Ferguson Gym after the total renovation? Coach Omlor and Coach Gosser coached the two teams. We had everybody from Don Minton and Larry Duncan down to me, Billy, David Carr, most of us actually. The girls somehow made or bought cheerleading outfits and we actually had a big crowd. Even Nancy was there and kept score. We played full court and it turned out to be a pretty good game. ***

I would like to have been. I would have paid to see that game.

In '99 I went to Lex - bought 2 pair of dress shoes and 3 pair of socks - wore shoes on occasions and put socks back in shoes 'til next time - around 2006 , took trip to Fla. - getting dressed for hospital visit , I was trting to put on socks - they were a bit stiff and very aromatic - mentioned they had not been washed in 6 years - SOMEBODY , threw them away and drove straight to Wal-Mart for new ones - I am starting over w / new ones - still in shoes since '06 -they get worn occasionally and aired out , but still holding up -Confession is good for the "sole" -

    I Remember :
You were not in California. You were at the game. I distinctly remember meeting you before the game in the reception in what used to be the Home Ec Room. You and David Carr were talking and he called me over the minute I walked in the door and the three of us stood there and talked. Then Coach walked in, and came over and shook our hands and gave you a big hug. Call David and ask him. Or call Billy Brewster and ask him. He lives out there by you. Call CoachO and ask him. Call Pam Duncan and ask her. You were there, you sat at the scorekeeper's table, and you kept the scorebook. Somebody asked, about 15 minutes before the game, well, who was going to keep the book, and Coach said, why, you were, of course. And you did.

Think back. There was some sort of tent set up in the yard, and several people spoke, and they asked Coach O to say a few words, and he did. You sat there in a folding chair with the rest of us and listened to him.

This was not way back in the 70s. This was in the 90s and you were there. Ask. Lots of people took pictures and you're probably in some of them.

Know what else we did. We all signed a guest book. I'll bet they still have that guest book over at that office. First chance I get, I'll go over and ask them to see it, and find your name in it. You were there. I'll prove it.

Not to my knowledge or anyone else or they are not talking. Knowslittle and I were talking to him last night on "Old Stores." He doesn't reveal enough about himself to fiqure out who he is. He seems to know a lot about all of us tho! He sure is "Sly"
  5.
Redd Ryder, what makes you think I Remember would be in a picture at that game? She's managed to disappear from all the yearbooks, from what I hear.

If we're talking to "figment" (Redd Ryder), what does that make us? LOL

You have a point. A person just casually dropping by our Topix and website forums, who didn't know all of us, would conclude she must be a vampire. They're the only people who can have a camera aimed at them and their image doesn't appear in the photographs. Hmmm. Maybe that's what happened to Rogue, Secret Sister and Horseman.

However, assuming she's not a vampire, there were a lot of cameras flashing that day and evening, and I'm thinking she ought to be showing up in somebody's pictures somewhere.

But pictures or not, I KNOW she was at that game. She just likes to deny these things to aggravate me, hoping I'll say something to blow my cover.

Well, I can understand that.....looks like we are going to continue our mystery theme. Do you write any books? You might pen a best seller, based on all our colloborations and ideas for stories. If you do that, and make a lot of money, will you split it with the rest of us?

I am confident that Ryder knows a great deal about Vampires. He is an expert on everything else ---why exclude Vampires! He could possibly be the next " Ann Rice "
I'm not particularly fond of her novels. There are to many characters to keep up with! Hell, maybe Ryder is Ann Rice incognito!

OOHHHH! Redd Ryder, I think you just been smack. And I mean that full face leave the fingerprints on your face smacked.

I Remember, I think that Redd Ryder, whoever he is, certainly has a vivid imagination, or possibly multiple personalities. When you make that phone call, be sure and ask a lot of questions about your whereabouts during the time of that game. And what office is Redd talking about that would have the guest book that everyone signed? Also, where is the scorekeeper's book that you supposedly kept score in? We need to find the guestbook and see if your signature is in there too. I, for one, certainly don't think that I Remember is a vampire--she's too pretty for that. Vampires aren't pretty.

Redd Ryder doesn't suffer from low self esteem does he? How did the women on the cruise treat you? With ardent adoration?

She was sitting right between the benches keeping the scorebook. The office would be that Ferguson Community Center in what used to be the Home Ec and Administrative building. They were the ones who hosted the rededication. The guest book was right by the door in that former Home Ec room where they had refreshments. I would think they also have that scorebook there. Have you seen Twilight? There were some pretty attractive vampires there.

All you older women are picking on this poor youngster here. Just wait til I grow up.

Hey !!! C'mon Now !!! Us guys are supposed to stick together. When one of us is being abused by these cold, cruel women, the other guys are supposed to close ranks. But since you brought it up, YOU'RE the guy who implied that if we play a full court game, heart attacks would be imminent and an EMS crew would need to be stationed outside. I'M not worried about that. It sounds like you're a lot closer to a nursing home than I am. So I wouldn't be calling attention to that, were I you.

In the meantime, changing the subject, since you're involved over there at SCC and I'm sure have contacts throughout the region as far as education is concerned, what do you hear of Coach Gosser ?
  12.
I had never heard his name mentioned in years until you guys started talking about him.
